STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services by ESLConnexus, an online English school. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

​Live online classes:

• Initial Payment: A payment of 50% of the total class fee is required prior to the start of any class. This payment secures your spot and confirms your enrollment.
• Midway Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at the midway point of the class. Failure to make this payment may result in a suspension of services until the balance is settled.

​Recorded video courses are nonrefundable and must be paid in full before access to the course is granted. 

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Notice: Students must cancel private classes at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge for the full hour of the class. This policy ensures that instructors are compensated for their time and effort, even when students are unable to attend.
• • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, students may appeal for a refund by contacting ESLConnexus customer support. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

3. General Provisions

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payments must be confirmed prior to the commencement of classes.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be guaranteed if classes are canceled without proper notice.
• Modification of Terms: ESLConnexus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment in classes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
